My 2nd edition revised version of the list. Hopefully it gets some buzz.

1. AJ MARTINEZ - Explosive, polished, consistent, never compromises his energy even to a lack luster crowd. Needs to be getting paid. Book HIM!!!!

2. EDDIE STEPHENS - Amazing energy. Pretty outstanding across the board appeal. I have never seen him truly bomb. His lows are the majority of Albuquerque comedians highs.

3. ANN GORA - Bitterly optimistic is how I can describe Ann the best. Ann Gora has the best grasp of who she is and is the best at telling HER story.

4. CURT FLETCHER - Probably the comedian that gets booked the most out of state from Albuquerque and for good reason. Smart, consistent, and a genuine master of one liner comedy.

5. GENEVIEVE GARCIA DE MUELLAR - Outspoken with her beliefs, 100% commitment to telling her side of truth, and being consistent at open mics when she goes keeps Genevieve safely at 5.

6. JASON GREEN - Probably the most underrated comedian in Albuquerque. Is really the definition of a comics comic. Can hold his ground with any crowd all the while making it look easy. You can't even characterize what kind of stand up he's doing. Which is a good thing.

7. MATT PETERSON - Likable, talented, smart, down to earth. Does more shows then open mics. I guess thats what happens when you get good.

8. BLACK MIKE - Extremely likable on stage presence. A true professional. A genuinely funny person that genuinely does stand up very well.

9. ANDREW HARMS - The hardest working comic in Albuquerque. Talented joke writer. Watch how Andrew cycles through his material week in and week out at open mics. Younger comedians take note. That is how you get good.

10. MAX FITZPATRICK - One of the best open micer's in town. Smartly written material performed with almost a juvenile energy puts Max a cut above the rest.

11. DREW WAYNE - The best MC in town bar none. A natural joke teller with a committed polished on stage persona.

12. SARAH MOWREY - The best thing about Mowrey is how introspective she is with herself. On top of that; she's talented, smart, and can be painfully insightful. She has comedy on the mind always and is one of the best younger comedians out there.

13. MIKE LONG - Mike Long deserves to be on this list out of pure principal. Cynical, Bombastic, Surreal. Is the god among Albuquerque stand ups who want to be dirty. Risky, uncompromising, the guy is also pretty damn funny.

14. T-GRAM - Pretty confident in his delivery and style. Makes crowd work look easy and can turn a dismal crowd into a fully attentive laughing crowd.

15. MIKEY MAYES - There is no other comedian in town that is as competitive as this guy. And it shows in his work. Can he be stubborn? Yes. Arrogant? Yes. But I challenge anyone to be as consistent with crowd work as Mikey. A rising talent with lots of promise.

16. JOHN CUELLAR - A veteran who has seen it all (literally). I'm always taken away by how professional and smooth John is at shows when he has time to put material together. Solid comic all around.

17. JULIAN MOTTON - Youngest comedian on the list. Gifted newcomer with lots energy. It's pretty amazing how fast Julian came into his own. It's also weird on how smart the guy actually is for only being 22.

18. DAWN ELIZABETH SCHARY - Bold, unnerving, and raw. It's great to see her when you can. Very talented.

19. DAVID KNIGHT - Grabs the audience's attention right away and refuses to let go. It's great watching David in action. He would probably be higher on the list if he didn't "retire" for 6 months.

20. WILLIAM CAMERON BOLT - Very smart. Stays calm and collected under any situation and always has a clever punch-line up his sleeve.
